iam so down just now and so fed up with life no 1 understands me.

Everyone is fed up with life every now and then. I guess that's part of life.
Thinking about it all the time doesn't solve your problems though.
Concentrate on the positive things in life and don't waste energy on negative things.
(no I didn't make it up. Heard it once at an Oprahshow, but it really works. Well; it worked for me. )
Listening to Ordinary World for about two hours straight works as well.
